My husband and I have been looking at Magnolia as well as Victoria for retirement. We would like to be able to compare the two cities property tax, utilities, population density, and over all as great places to live. We will be visiting in July and will be able to drive to Victoria, but likely won't be able to make it up to Magnolia. Would love to hear from folks who live in either area. We are originally from Idaho, currently living near between Portland and the Oregon coast. Thanks in advance for any information
