Can Ft.Worth ever surpass Dallas in population? With alot of land on the west side to develop, as well as making the city denser, it could be possible........but when?

I sure hope not. I love the size of Fort Worth and the friendliness of its residents.

Do you homework - if you really want an answer. Steve Murdoch does Texas Demographics at A&M and they make projections. You can compare them as well as growth rates - in and out migration. Also places with young populations tend to grow more as they make more babies.

I think Fort Worth has a very good chance. More than likely, it's growth is very impressive.
