Hi-
I am making my 3rd trip overall to Pecos, TX. I was first there one dark night in Nov. 2004 on my way home to one of the dorms at Texas Tech, returning to Lubbock from Big Bend with a friend. (I grad. Tech May 2005 B.S. Human Development & Family Studies).

My 2nd trip to Pecos was for The West of the Pecos Museum on Jan. 28, 2006. I did not find out about it until after I returned from Big Bend. Unfortunately, I could not photo document The West of the Pecos Museum because I filled up my regular camera (the only one I had) with The Roy Orbison Museum in Wink.

My 3rd trip to Pecos will be Nov. 29, 2008 to photo document The West of the Pecos Museum with my digital camera en route to Hobbs, NM & Lubbock.

My main point is this: I was told by Pecos facebookers that Alfredo's is the best restaurant in town. What menu item(s?) should I eat there.

Thanks,
fallguy

PS I've been to NM (Carlsbad Caverns, Santa Fe, Albuqerque, etc.) but not Hobbs. Going there for an additional meal at Burger Builders on N. Grimes St. that was recommended to me by a Tech friend from Lovington. I haven't been to Lubbock in 2.5 years since my friend from my only Big Bend trip got married at FBC Lubbock so I'm going back to Lubbock to "chill".
