Default Thinking of moving back to Tejas

Hi all,

I have been researching smaller communities around the Ft.Worth area for re-location back home! I grew up in the Arlington area, but don't want that kind of 'big city atmosphere' for a place to live. I have a 13 yr.old son, so I am interested in hearing where the best School Dist.are related to more rural settings, reasonable homes for rent that accept pets/animals and allow gardens! I lived in Florida for 20yrs., so I don't want something w/ HOA (Home Owners Association) or "Condo Commandos" as they were called in Florida. I am a Nurse so I think I will do alright w/ finding employment, just wanting local imput on good areas outside of the Ft.Worth area. Anything you may be able to share will be greatly appreciated!
