Beautiful interior, but I'm not a big fan of highrises in SPI. I find them overwhelming on what is essentially a sand bar.

Wow!! I'm an architecture buff and I have to say that is one impressive looking condo! And it's a tall one too! I love the way it is fairly narrow at the top and "steps down" so to speak to a broader base. Most condos are frankly fairly boring architecturally speaking but this one is truly a gem. It sort of reminds me of some of the more creative condo designs I've seen in Miami. This beauty gets two of these from me..

Wow! All I can say is WOW! But 655K starter on SPI, an overgrown sandspit complete with hurricanes, is a little too rich for my blood. But that 4th photo of all the glass with the stairway--all I can say is WOW!
