My friend had surgery on her shoulder in odessa, tx. shortly after the PT injured it. PT discouraged her from seeking medical attention. She called her Dr. and left voice mail on nurse line, two weeks passed no one contacted her. She finally made an appointment and is getting conlicting stories on her injury. One dr said the surgeon left behind a bone spur behind and needs to operate again. The other dr (both from same office) said that is not true. She wants to talk to an attorney, can anyone advise a good attorney for this in Odessa Tx?

Call any lawyer in the yellow pages---they'll give you a free phone consultation, and tell you if it sounds like you have a winnable case. You probably don't, medical malpractice is extremely hard to prove.
