I think they are fairly appalling, but then again, one needs to know who the cretins on the road are.

Jokes have a pretty short lifespan in which they're funny. After the first or second telling, they become as lame as Perry Mason. (See, case in point.) Nowadays, the people who put these things on their trucks are as pathetic as those dips who going around still repeating lines from Borat. Yeah, yeah, I get it... high five.

The only thing more obnoxious and pathetic than truck testes would be a law banning them. One speaks poorly of the owner of said truck and testicles, whilst the other would speak badly of the entire legislature and the guv -- oh wait a minute, Gov Goodhair and the Texas State Circus are already incredibly bad, so how would one more stupid Act make things any worse?

I have infinite confidence in the abilities of Governor Goodhair and the Texas politicians of his ilk to make things worse.

I wonder if the truck testicles are anything like their liberal counterpart, the little economy car covered with bumper stickers that proclaim all sorts of liberal social-political identity. There has been an actual study dealing with such sticker-infested cars and their drivers that indicates that these drivers have a greater sense of territoriality on the road, relative to drivers without bumper stickers, and that they are more likely to drive aggressively and with a sense of entitlement (despite the "Visualize Whirled Peas" bumper stickers). It's a good idea to stay well clear of these automotive billboards on the road. Maybe any vehicle that advertises the political views, big balls, or heterosexuality (mudflap girls) of the driver is something to avoid on the highway.

I agree completely. There are more than a few of these walking politico-billboard vehicles in Austin. Usually marking their territory in the left lane going below the speed limit.

And the 21st!

No wait, that's the legal drinking one. We've got to keep that one. The rest can go though.

Hey, I'm so glad you, my fellow Texans, have decided to finally put paid to the Second Amendment -- pesky thing.

Oh crap. We need that one too. We just need to keep the two amendments about guns and liquor. It's a sacrosanct combination of pure awesome that should never be torn asunder. Good things happen when guns and alcohol are mixed. Very good things.
