Hey there,

Does anyone have any specific names of decent (clean, safe, etc...) apartment complexes in the N. McAllen area?

I'm looking for a 2bed/1ba or 2bed/2ba place.

Anyone know specifically about Vintage Square on North Bicentennial? The rent is low but is it still a decent place to live?

I'm being relocated for work and the first day I'll be in town is the day I have to move into an apartment so I'd appreciate any advice! If I wasn't so pressed for time, I'd come to the area and check it out myself.

Thanks for your help!

Try the 2 huge apartment complexes right next to each other, both with security gates, at 121 E. Quamasia and 201 E. Quamasia. Also on 15th and or 17th streets, within a couple of blocks south of Dove, are a few more security gated, but smaller apartment complexes. There's another big gated complex on McColl (Rincon?), just a few blocks south of Nolana, on the west side. There are a few more small, gated apartment complexes by Fern and K-Center street.
