Hey,
Thanks for that link! Believe it or not, this layman (me) is interested in Mr. Dotzour's presentations because they are funny and very accurate. Been listening to him for 2 years now and I'm still waiting for the perfect time to buy land in the hill country (it's coming soon, imho). My target area is still a tad bit high...their per/acreage prices need to drop at least one more time before it's worth a buy.
