What kind of cars are you certified in? ASE certified?

Do you work for a dealership or a shop?

I know if you can get a high-end certification, those shops are usually looking for qualified people.

Forget San Antonio. I work for an employment agency and our lobby is filled with out of work auto mechanics

The fact that the Cash for Clunkers took so many frequently-repaired cars off the road can't have been good for the auto repair business. I imagine people are also postponing preventive maintenance. I've noticed that it's been much easier to get PM appointments at my favorite auto mechanic this year.
