Please don't respond to Metro Matt, he's gonna continue to derail this thread.

Houston on the other hand is a warm coastal city. It could be LA, New Orleans, or even a very large Tampa. My aunt, who lived in SF for many years even told me parts of Houston reminded her of there. I thought that was a bit awkward because I don't see it. Maybe it was all the palm trees & quirky neighborhoods around Montrose that gave her that impression who knows.
OKC and Dallas does not look alike. Stop googling and do a little traveling. You are a piece of work.

Uptown Dallas has some decent density going for it, but rather short buildings, at least in comparison to Uptown Houston which could give DT Dallas by itself a run for its money.

and make it LOOK like it's all lined-up and linked-up into one SKYLINE.

You might have to step back a bit of a distance, to take a good picture of Dallas, just to
get the ENTIRE Skyline into the frame, but it is not a bunch of pieces , some far away, some closeup,
and some over here and there, and from faraway it looks like a Big Skyline ! LOL !

This is DALLAS, man.

DALLAS WINS. C'mon already ! HAHHAHAHHHAAA !

Give it UP for the Big D !
Don't worry about that. Downtown Houston is large enough in its own right, still expanding, and is still larger than DTD and Uptown Dallas combined. All the other districts around it like TMC, Greenway/Uptwn are just icing on the cake.
