Needing to write a letter to let builder know that he cannot make changes to a plat once it has been approved by the City. Any help will be appreciated.

Call your city planner. But yes they can change them with approval from the city.

Well, that's the problem.. The builder was going to change the plat w/out letting the city know.
We've stopped him from building with his changes to the plat. So far so good..
