Hi-
I first heard of Keith's Hamburger Station in Odessa as an undergrad
at Texas Tech. While I made it to Odessa several times, I never made it to Keith's. Thoughts on Keith's Hamburger Station?? What is/are the best food item(s) there??

Thanks,
fallguy

The steak fingers! The chicken strips aren't bad either and I like their chili but a lot of people think it is a little to greasy.

Thanks. Someone whom I thought was very harsh (remember, I've never eaten there) described Keith's as tasting so dreadful that "puke on a McDonald's bathroom floor" tastes better. A fellow student at Texas Tech during my era there (entered Jan. 2002-graduated May 2005 after assembling early credits at Hardin-Simmons, ACU, the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas...Tech is my favorite, BTW.) said forget every restaurant in Odessa & go to Buddy's Drive-In for Steak Fingers instead..." I did so on January 22, 2005 & Buddy's has some of the best steak fingers I've ever had!!"

Is Buddy's the one in Andrews? If it is the one I am thinking of then I agree absolutely wonderful steak fingers.

Odessa is like anywhere else, there is good food if you know where to go. I also like Oie's Spicy Thai. #81, the hot fish is to die for!
