Hi can anyone help please? I wanted to go to six flags over texas and spend days in arlington to really enjoy the park over several days but unfortunately i got a very small window of opportunity this sunday only and i dont know about monday because i'd need money for overnight hotel plus i'd have to be at the greyhound by 5 pm afternoon monday since i work next day. Anyway is it better to take greyhound into fort worth or dallas? And that what are my options after i arrive since ithere's no bus no greyhound even into arlington except taxis and what taxi co would i need? I found only red top cab but i was wondering if there are other co. I am just trying to figure out my options in how to get to the park. Thanks for your time and help. I called various places but they had been very little help and greyhound sucks in customer service.

I see that Six Flags is almost the same distance from the Dallas or Ft Worth Greyhound stations. So I'd take Ft Worth, as it might be a bit cheaper and easier to figure out for everything else from there than downtown Dallas.

As for taxis, Arlington has very little public transit, so yes, you will have to take a taxi, take an Uber (if you have a smartphone and credit card), or rent a car. For that distance a taxi will be about $40 each way.

As for which taxi company you call, it doesn't really matter, they will all be basically on-demand, ie you will have to call them and they come to your location. They will all be the same price.

Uber might be cheaper and more convenient, depending on how many people are in your party. Check them out as well if you are able to do so. The advantage is you can schedule your pick up at each location ahead of time.

BTW: it will probably be pretty crowded, so expect to ride 5 or 6 rides at most. MOre if you do unpopular stuff.
