Beaumont, Midland, Odessa, and Galveston. Damn, thinking of flat Texas cities is harder than I thought.

Any cities & towns along the Texas Gulf Coast are going to be pancake flat.

Even San Antonio is flat for the most part, but has significant elevation change on the far Northwestern side of town where the Texas Hill Country begins. Dallas is the same way, only Southern & Far Northern Dallas County has "hills". Fort Worth is slightly hilly in some areas too. Nothing compared to Austin, however.

Only one flat city in Texas > Flat, Texas. Between Temple and Gatesville on Hwy 36. It's not really a city and just barely a town.

More just a flat spot.

Plano was supposed to be spanish for plain with the o added on... it's flat and most of North Texas is, like Richardson, Allen, Frisco...

Carrollton and Valley Ranch/Las Colinas area of Irving have some hills as does Cedar HILL, but that's about it on the Dallas side.

The Brazos Valley (Bryan-College Station area) is pretty flat I think.

It would be a WHOLE lot easier to name the non-flat cities in Texas. The flat ones have to be in the hundreds.
