I want to purchase a Manufactured Home for my son in the Bryan College Station area. Need mobile home park recommendations from people in the area. Want a clean, safe place that is on the bus line. Need access to Blinn and Texas A & M. Responsible kid, do not want a party environment. Help with recommendations please.

All the manufactured homes that I know of in College Station are on the southwest side of town, around Harvey Mitchell.

But sorry to say, this is a college town. You will always be around a party somewhere.

Yes most the Manufactured homes are down by south Texas AVE and they do seem to be pretty quiet.
