After looking through different avenues of applying for residency (for in state tuition), the only one my boyfriend qualifies for legitimately is working as a homemaker.

However, we do not know how to provide documentation of this. It is my understanding that since we live together and he takes care of the house and pets for me, I must write the letter/document stating he is my homemaker.

Is there any direction, any format this document has to be in? What information does it need to include? The admissions personnel at school are not being straightforward/consistent with what must be provided.

I can't seem to locate any specifics on this, (only the residency form that states you can establish residency in such a way).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I am concerned that he may be denied this opportunity because he is male. Would that be considered discrimination?
