See ya in 45 days (hopefully, if everything goes smoothly).
Good luck to you
It's a good thing to have business owners and brave people in this state, most of all from California

You make it sound as if global economy was invented in the 1980s.

Have you ever read a history book?
Did you know that Christopher Columbus found the Americas in 1492 by mistake because he was trying to find a shorter way to India?

Christopher Columbus: Explorer - EnchantedLearning.com
Christopher Columbus (1451-1506) was an Italian explorer who sailed across the Atlantic Ocean in 1492, hoping to find a route to India (in order to trade for spices).

Historical Top Tax Rate - www.taxpolicycenter.org
Your chart missed the mark badly. The chart you referenced is personal income tax marginal rates.

It is NOT corporate income tax.

A historical view of corporate tax rates is below:

Note that these corporate income taxes are paid by only certain kinds of corporations, typically those that are "Incorporated." Other corporations - especially small businesses are organized differently and income taxes are paid by their owners (often partners).

We're looking at Dallas/Fort Worth, leaning towards Fort Worth. We're looking for small town/rural area. We'll be staying in our motorhome while we get a lay of the land.

Good luck with the move......What type of business do you operate? That can/will impact where you may choose to live.
