Are there any recommendations for well-run apartment complexes in Perrysburg or Sylvania? Are there any that you would stay away from? Thanks.

I live at Tracy Creek in Perrysburg. I literally visted every single apartment in the Perrysburg, Maumee, Sylvania area before choosing. Tracy Creek was the best bang for its buck by far.

I live at Residences at the Carronade in Perrysburg, which was brand new in 2012. On the plus side, it was a new apartment that had never been lived in. The room sizes and layout is great. However, my 2 bed plus den has very little storage and the construction was cheaply done. My front door had to be re-hung because the wind whistled right through it. Management is ok, and maintenance has been pretty responsive, but overall maintenance of the property is not great. Lights remain burnt out for too long, weeding not done promptly, etc. The community is dog friendly. I love the location and nearby amenities, but will be moving when my current lease is up because between rent, pet rent and Perrysburg taxes, I just can't afford this location. I pay $1175 per month.
