Everything...the housing market, weather, job market, things to do in general...I moved away beginning of this year, and should have done it 10 years ago...amazing what experiencing another area will teach you...

15 years ago, things were good there....it just died...about 2000....it was over, and all hell broke loose, hasnt recovered, I can explain, but dont feel like typing that much of a story for Toledo.
