Toledo VS. Cincinnati (Segregation) (Columbus, Cleveland: schools, college, gated)

So, I'm debating on whether or not I should attend nursing school in Toledo or Cincinnati. Both of the schools are great, so Im trying to narrow my search by finding out which community is better. I know Cincy is bigger, but that doesnt necessarily mean its better. I would really like ti live in a city thats very diverse and NOT segregated. I know all cities have these types of problems, but I currently live in a college town where there are ALL types of people and I have come to absolutely love it! So what do you guys think?

Which city has the least racism/segregation but is also an enjoyable, fun city?

I grew up in an integrated Cincinnati suburb and am going to school in Toledo now. I'd say the city of Toledo is less segregated than the city of Cincinnati but that's one of the only advantages I can think of for Toledo. All of Toledo's suburbs are lilly white while many of Cincinnati's northern suburbs are integrated and diverse. Cincinnati as a whole has a lot more going on. It's one of Ohio's top tier cities (along with Cleveland and Columbus) while I'd lump Toledo in the next tier (with Akron and Dayton). Cincinnati has better weather, is equally as cheap, better nightlife/things to do for fun and would have alot more job opportunities if you'd choose to work there. Segregation exists but it wouldn't be a big enough of an issue to scare me away from the many other great things Cincinnati has to offer.
