I dont know how many of you consider yourselves "foodies" but Susur Lee finished runner up on Top Chef Masters Season 2 and was considered one of the strongest competitors throughout the season.

What do you think of his rise as the first Toronto trained Celebrity Chef (on a global level) and have you eaten at any of his restaurants in Toronto, NY or DC?

I know he had a few unfavorable things to say about the Toronto dining scene after his move to NY, but he is still committed to the area and two of his restaurants remain. All I know is that Susur when it was in operation was hands down the best fine dining option in Toronto, losing the restaurant and Susur himself to NY created a major void in that category, but it is great to see his rise on the world culinary stage.
