I can't seem to find concrete facts on the amount of American immigrants Toronto's receiving per year (or Ontario/Canada in general), can someone lend me some insight on this? Looking for a reputable source such as statsCan or something like that.

Might not exactly what you want, but Citizenship and Immigration Canada keeps a boatload of stats.

Facts and figures 2008 – Immigration overview: Permanent and temporary residents


Looks like US immigration has stayed fairly steady at about 2% of the total intake.
