Hey guys...had a quick question.

I may potentially be getting a job offer from Milton soon. I currently live in Toronto near Don Mills/Eglinton. My Milton job work hours are 10am-6pm roughly. What is the commute like? What time should I expect to leave my house? Would I miss traffic since I'm going against the traffic? Google maps tells me to take DVP then Gardiner then up the 427 to 401 to Milton...wouldn't taking the 401 from dvp be easier?

Any help would be appreciated

DVP south to the Gardiner at that time of morning seems like a recipe for frustration. It might be easier to go north to the 401, but then you hit clogjams across the top of the city.

Truth be told, there really isn't a perfect Toronto commute, is there?

I also think that avoiding the southbound DVP would be the best. Taking 401 west straight to Milton would be better I think, since Milton's pretty well straight on the 401 anyways, and that way you also avoid 427, which is a zoo in rush hour, both ways.
