Depends on what you're looking for... I would say that Toronto has many advantages, but Las Vegas is probably a lot cheaper.

I assume you mean Las Vegas, Nevada? (not Las Vegas, New Mexic o)
Vegas is much cheaper these days... housing is amazingly cheap, whereas Toronto housing prices are very expensive.

Personally I can't stand Las Vegas,NV for more than 2 or 3 days
After 3 days I want out, sunny every day gets old fast, too hot in summer

Better for what Zemmine?

Toronto is very urban and multicultural with more in the way of older, architectural buildings and homes.

Toronto has a much higher cost of living with much higher paying jobs to go along with it.

Toronto has more commerce and finance and I'd say more high end industry.

The climate is incredibly different; cold and snowy (sometimes) in the winter, and hot and very humid in the summer.

Toronto has way more culture in general, IMHO.

Those are just a few things off the cuff...there are many more.

It all depends on what the OP wants in a city. Those 2 cities aren't usually compared in the same thread.
