Hey so I'm a 20 year old student considering moving to Toronto for the summer to work a sales job at my dads company. I'd basically be working between Lake Ontario, Bloor St, Spadina Ave and Jarvis and I was wondering if anyone with good knowledge of Toronto housing could give me some reccommendations on where to live.

I'm a social guy and I get bored easily so I'd like to be in an area where there's lots to do and tons of young people, although the closer it is to where I'm working is better.
I'm not looking to spend ridiculous money although I'm probably okay with as high as 600-700 a month.
Ideally I'd love to live in an awesome place with other young people (18-24ish). I'm thinking a nice condo or apartment with a balcony. If the building has ammenities, such as a gym or pool that would be an awesome bonus.
I won't be driving so parking doesn't matter but the location of public transportation is key (not taxi).

So if anyone has any information or advice they can give me let me know!
And if anyone thinks they have leads on an awesome place for me let me know because I'm definitely interested!

The Annex will be closer and more fun. Willowdale is one heck of a commute through heavy traffic. Just my .02 worth.
