Hi all! We are moving from Missisauga to Yonge & Finch area. My son has completed his 6th grade and we are looking for a school in that area. Can anyone give any tips about good schools in that area? If the school is up to 10 km away, this is not a problem. Thank you.
Earl Haig SS has an excellent repuation. It's maybe about .5 mile south of Finch, east of Yonge. But keep in mind, secondary schools begin (usually) at grade 9. Are you looking for a high school or a junior high for your son?
Thanks Eastwestman for the reply. Yes, the school seems to be a good one, unfortunately as you said, it begins at grade 9, and my son needs grade 7. I wonder if you know schools with grade 7? Thanks.
