Relocating to Toronto: driving licence (live in, cost of, licensed)

Hey guys,

My wife and I will be relocating to Toronto soon and are really excited!
We'll be getting a car as my wife needs it to get to her new job.

Just wondered if someone could advise me about driving licences?

I have a full UK driving licence (for 24 years!)
And my wife who is Portuguese has a full Portuguese licence (for 10-15 years)

Do either of us need to exchange or redo a driving test when we arrive?
