That pic with the lounge chairs, sand and umbrellas just looks wrong... I mean sitting out in the sun on a raised platform from the water looking at a big a** ugly Great Lakes Cargo Ship lol....

and the disgusting smell from Redpath refinery.

I really would like to see Redpath gone, which takes like two city blocks by the lake, but it doesn't seem likely, and many people seem completely comfortable with a huge ugly sugar refinery sitting at central waterfront, near $500,000-$5,000,000 condos.

Good point - it is quite the eyesore and just doesn't belong there anymore.. Strange that people accept this but nothing brings the NIMBY's out in full force more than Billy Bishop.. Its an odd double standard.
