Anyone know where I can find a townhouse in Toronto for rent 3 bedrooms with a finished basement or 4 bedrooms. Also in a relatively safe neighbourhood in Toronto (family friendly).

Rent max 1600$

Where in Toronto are you looking at?

$1600 is very tough if you want it to be in Toronto city proper. Most 2-bed condos nowadays easily go for $1600 or more.

Just google search townhouse/townhome rentals north york or york mills and see what comes up.. Kijiji is pretty decent.. Other sites like viewit.ca are good but more geared to apartment rentals which for your price point shouldn't necessarily be overlooked. Especially if you don't want to pay for utilities.
