hi there,
i have signed a contract for a used 2015 audi a3.

its used because the dealer states that the car was won in a contest so they cant sell it for new. so i saved the pdi on it.

The vin on the contract is for an audi A7 but the description states that its an audi a3. When i went to go call the insurance, they advised me of the make/model of the vehicle.

i havent picked up the car yet as its not ready. Is there anything legally that i can do to somehow get the better more expensive car rather than the cheaper less expensive car, due to the error on the contract?

any help would be appreciated.

thanks,

So.. you're trying to bait and switch the seller? That's a first. I don't know why you'd want to deceive someone - if you're getting the car you thought you were at the price you agreed, then I doubt a judge will say that due to a clerical error you're entitled to something you're not.
