Quite a bit rolled into one, but Hello! I'm a newbie at this forum, but not a newbie at forums in general. I am from Toronto, and I love transportation, and hope to be a city-planner. I hope I can help answer questions anyone has about the city, but have some questions of my own, that include
A - is discussion of transit encouraged?
B - is discussion of where they should/could put highways/subways encouraged?
C - where is the "FAQ" section of this forum
