It's pretty badass. Although, if it were up to me I wouldn't have any normal windows. Defeats the purpose.

Stoke is right. Joe could have done something about the windows he has used. These windows will not be helpful during winters to keep the inside warm. Joe will have to use heaters to keep the inside warm, which will cost him a lot. He could have easily gone for some energy efficient windows and doors . Such products help a lot in bringing down the energy consumption. I am saying this because I have personally used energy saving windows of Landmark Home Solutions. Those windows helped me to keep me house warm during winter. It’s just a suggestion that I have put forward Other than the windows everything else looks perfect

That's an amazing house. I used to live in that neighborhood and that area is definitely one of the best parts of Toronto especially with Little Italy and the Annex being so closeby.
