That city with the highest general income, usually the nicest biggest homes, low crime, good schools, what city do most people think of?

Population density should also be taken in to consideration? Ex Toronto vs a city with a significantly lower population. If you have a population of 100 vs. 10 000, even if the population of 100 is composed of a higher percentage of wealthy people it may not exceed the number of wealth people in the population of 10 000 and may not certainly trigger the developement of better schools or community resources.

Rich suburbs? Rosedale, Forest Hill, Lawrence Park. All wealthy suburbs (please don't argue with me they are not suburbs).

Oakville outside of Toronto proper traditionally, more recently Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora and Stouffville.
