How is the job market in Toronto for someone with about eight years experience as an healthcare financial analyst/cost accountant? Is it very competitive with a 6.5% unemployment rate? I have only a bachelors degree in accounting. I am currently working in the Chicago area and I am looking to move back to Canada.

And what about for the people who don't have american experience, but just the work experience from countries of post-soviet union? Is it hard for them to find a job in financial field in Alberta or in Toronto?

Thank you in advance
