US MBA how is it viewed in Toronto? US experience? American (good schools, university)

Hello All,

I'm looking at pursuing my MBA degree from a University outside of the top 15 in the USA. I'm thinking about University of Illinois, University of Massachusetts, Mercer University or Syracuse University. These are all very good schools that offer a decent MBA program. My question is how do Toronto employers look at US experience and US MBA graduates when they are considering resumes. By the way I use to live and work in Toronto but I am American.
