Hi all, I’m staying in Quebec now. I will be shifting to Toronto in November. And I’m planning to buy a home in Toronto. But, my financial situation can’t afford a home in a quick time. Hence, I’m thinking of approaching a mortgage broker to buy a home. Can anyone suggest a mortgage broker in Ontario? I have not approached a mortgage broker till date. Hence, I have got many doubts and confusions. Hope it will be cleared with the answers of the experts here.

One of my friends said that one of the mortgages in Ontario deals with the different types of mortgages. He told me to contact them. But, before I contact them, I would like to know your suggestions. Also, if you can provide the current mortgage rates, it would have been an additional information for me.
Feel free to share your opinion and it will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

This is a really cool concept. I have worked with this organization before. You complete the application and they apply for several mortages on your behalf and then review the offers with you and help you pick one that work best for you or advise you of how to qualify in future. Best idea ever. So bacially they do all the work and it does not cost anything. They are independent mortgage brokers that work will more then one bank. I have used them twice and found them excellent. They also are often willing to come to you off hours which means you don't really need to go meet when then during your work day. I love this idea.
