I was born February 29 1960.

My birth surname is Harding.

I was given up for adoption at 15 months of age.

I can find NO information anywhere on this adoption. What records I have are sparse at best. But a most curious part of the paperwork I DO have, is distinct listing of TWO names for me. One is female, the other is male. I'd like to get some answers as to what really happened.

Why was I given up? Why the two names?

I do not wish to meet up with any blood relation, I simply want these two questions answered.

My thanks.
