Lots of I want to be a stay a home mommy, but still want to make money people looking for those jobs, but not as many as there should be.
These concept has not caught on well on Canada.
Too many companies still want to micro manage there staff despite research proving the benefits of this type of employment as many jobs should not literally require you to be sitting in a office at a set location.
Lots of double standards in the Canadian job market.
They want to hold you hostage in a set location for a certain amount of time or they will not pay you, but then have the never to be contacting you on your own time and not paying you.
I encourage anyone who is being contacted about work outside of your hours not to respond unless they start paying you.
If you get paid for 40 hours that is all they get. After that point you are being taken advance of.
