Any neighbourhoods in Oakville that are not predominantly Asian or South East Asian in Oakville? This is for a single family Home. My client is specific about this.

I won't do a smell test on this question, but in terms of plain demographics, Oakville is one of the "whitest" of the major close-in suburbs in the Toronto area.

I have never heard of any suburbs or neighborhoods anywhere in Canada being predominantly South East Asian.

OK, if you mean South EAST Asian.

Could it be a mistake?

Which pockets/neighbourhoods of Oakville are the “whitest”?

Probably the areas along the lake shore but you probably won't find any 100% white suburb in that area though. If you want to avoid Chinese and South Asians you should probably not move to Canada. The Chinese and South Asian communities are growing fast, so if a community doesnt have any now they probably will in a decade. Chinese and South Indians will eventually make up the majority in many Canadian urban centres. Maybe you should advise your clients to look to Eastern Europe.
