I called the doctor's office in Apr, they made an appointment for me in May which was way too late for me, then when I told them that I was just want to check my health report, they told me that I can just walkin there 2 days after. So I went there 2 days later and thought everything was done. Then I got a $120 bill for no show on appointment in May. I was not even get the reminder call! I called the office to explain the situation but they told me that it's from headoffice and already out of their hands (it's a MCI clinic). Anyone have the experiences? What can I do? Should I just pay the bill or should I continue complain to the headoffice?
