The only thing that would give pause with the LS is that the technology is a bit outdated. You can still get an update for the DVD-based navigation system, but the screen is smaller and the interface not as would be found in a newer ES. You'd also need to look for the end of the LS430 to get Bluetooth, but AWD wasn't available until the LS460. The GS had AWD before the LS, if you need it for winter weather, and the LS is an older design as it dates to 2001, whereas 2007 was the first year of the previous generation ES. However, if you don't need AWD and don't mind the older design, the LS430 is a very good car to consider.
