Not many yet. Wife's 2011 Camry is at 135kmiles. My 2010 Tundra is at 138kmiles (bought used at 73k). My '99 Camry is at 148k (bought used with 140k).
My last car was a Jetta and I took it to 314k. Was running fine but rust was setting, and it was time to move on for various reasons. Hoping the current batch of vehicles show their mettle and troop past 300k also.
Still a Toyota but Lexus. When I was selling I took in several older RX's with 250k+ miles on them as trade in. Turned around and sold them for big money.
I rode in a Prius taxi with over 300k on it (I think around 326,000)...Solidly engineered vehicles built to last with very few exceptions. Outside of the rust belt there is no shortage of Toyotas around with 200k+ still in use as daily drivers in demanding conditions.
I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner Xtracab with just over 287,000 miles on it. It has the original engine (2.7L 4-cylinder) and automatic transmission and still runs like a champ!

What years & how much? I have a 2006 with 120K right now which is the rx330 I turned the 2000 4Runner with 225K in trade.
I bought a new Chevy Nova ( 1988) and put 265,000 trouble free miles on it.
The Chevy Nova of that era were Toyota Corolla twins and came off the same assembly line in Fremont California.

You got 314 outta a Jetta........impressive. Was it a diesel? My '04 Jetta 1.8T made it just over 190K before she went, being a stick it was a fun car to drive. Have a '12 Camry now with only 66K on it currently, hope to get it to 300K. Although it's not as fun as the Jetta was, it is nice not shifting in Charlotte traffic on a daily basis.
Currently on 380,000 and some change on my 2003 Camry, and still going!
