The driver's sun shade vanity light won't turn off when closing the cover for the mirror. I have no idea how to troubleshoot this problem. Any idea how to fix it?

temporarily ... to prevent the battery from discharging when you're not driving the car ... you could remove the fuse in the fuse box that powers this circuit. Or remove the bulb(s) from the vanity light (be careful with hot bulbs).

but you do need to get this problem resolved before it causes you a dead battery. Either disable the light or take it to a shop that can diagnose the problem and repair it for you.

I looked at the fuse diagram and it's showing Fuse #28 for
Vanity lights, personal lights, interior
light, gauges and meters,
engine switch light, door courtesy
lights.

So maybe I'll just take the car in ASAP
