Infiniti G37 stock is 1/10 of a second faster 0-60 than the Porsche Cayman. 1st year depreciation is high so buy a used lease return. I picked up an 08 journey G37 fully loaded certified with 7k miles 29k.
We rented an '09 Avalon XL last late October when we took a trip to visit relatives in South Carolina. It had 700 miles on it. I love the way the car rode and handled, (especially when compared to my 18 year old Lexus with 220K miles as its due for front shocks/struts) but there were times I was displeased with the transmissions performance in the Avalon. Seemed jerky at times and felt "fragile"... also seemed to "hunt" alot for different gears. Sometimes it was like it was stuck between a shift and it would jerk. My 18 year old Lexus has 220K and has a much better feel of the transmission than the Avalon we had. Perhaps it was just something with that car? Beautiful car though... I snapped a couple of photos of it while trying to adjust my camera after we got back home in Tennessee.
The link said the arrival of an "extended" Camry... I do not see that as an upcoming car on Toyotas website.
They need to bring back the old SC coupe. It was extremely sexy. The newer SC is a piece of crap and worthless. Glad its going but not really with the IS convertible.
