Has anyone else travelled on the greyhound neon and lost their baggage? I took it with my husband and baby from Manhattan and when we got to the border discovered that one of our bags was missing. They say it was because it did not have a red tag, however none of the other two pieces had red tags and none was distributed to the other passengers in Manhattan. The driver had just taken our luggage and placed them in the baggage compartment. Currently I'm getting the run around trying to get our luggage which has our baby's clothes and food. I'm fuming cause I can't get meaningful answers. Greyhound neon appears to be a service to be avoided.
Did you ever get them back? I find it hard to believe that a company would just lose your bags and nothing comes out of it.
