No, not St. Kitts/Nevis. Their relationship, I suppose, would be as different as can be from that of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Does this unique relationship has to do with any dispute, e.g. one island belongs to one country, the other island belongs to another country, and the border is in between?

Ohhhh tomorrow island and yesterday isle! International dateline. Of course! I was even thinking along those lines and somehow didn't settle there. Well done Stillkit - and 'cool' challenge JT.
