It can only be made to display the original pixels, and enlarging it will not add anymore detail.

I had thought China, too, It certainly appears to be Asia. It looks like a structure on an inland lake in a third world county, where wood is plentiful, but no religious or cultural clues are discernible. Someplace where the water level is constant, no tides or flooding. Maybe a seaside place where there is little or no tide, because the distant shoreline is not visible, there seem to be hazy mountains in the background, and the sky is a sea-side color. The absence of any boats at all in the picture is curious.

Yes, I had also thought of either Borneo or New Guinea, but since rivers are always subject to high season fluctuations of water levels, I didn't think buildings on a river would be constructed out in the water. If it were a river, you would see the opposite bank. Temperate climate is suggested by permanent roof and glazed windows.

Nope, nope, nope, nope,and... nope.

Y'all are in the wrong continent ( he he he he)

Clues: That isn't a river. It's the ocean, but it's on a shallow tidal flat.

That's not a mountain in the background. It's a cloud. Sure looks like one though, doesn't it?
