Crosley Field in CIncinnati had a scoreboard very much like that, but the clock was between the ad signs, not above them, at least through '68. The picture would have had to have been taken in 1970-1. It might have been moved for the '69 season. Also, the Union 76 ad would strongly suggest a west coast ballpark. probably of a PCL team.

I think Copenhagen---the buildings lack the architectural design of Holland or Belgium. Also, you don't see tall-masted ships in Amserdam canals.
