Your best bet is to get really lucky on Priceline bidding four stars. And if you are talking about over Valentines and Presidents weekends, forget it. Keep in mind that the various taxes are going to add close to 25% more to the quoted price of the room.

Also, since I won't be able to be with her on Valentines Day I thought I'd take her out for a fancy restaurant where she can dress up really nice because she likes that kind of stuff, I asked this in the NYC forum also, but thought you guys might have suggestions also. Nothing SO expensive, maybe ~$100 for 2?
